Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in or relevant education of 10+2+3 years in any discipline (preferably in Graphic Design)
Desired: Post Graduation
Summary/Objective
As an essential part of the creative department you will be responsible for executing the design needs of the client by heading up your team. You will be spearhead that the creative team is on target with the requirements in the concept and production art stage.
Your chief responsibility is to assist our Art & Design Team to provide visual solutions, artworks, mockups, and presentations. Additionally, providing Photo Documentation of the products & samples received from vendors, as well as checking to ensure the quality/ visual appeal etc. for each and every product sample received from the factory, before it is to be sent to Miami.
Responsibilities
- Develop Design Strategies
- Manage, Supervise, and lead the graphic designing team
- Participate in designing and redesigning computer graphics, product mockups, product specification sheets, tech packs, presentations, illustrations, marketing collaterals etc.
- Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid-out concept and established specifications of the project
- Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the company
- Oversees the day-to-day workflow and output of the department, prioritizing and assigning projects.
- Delegate job responsibilities among junior team members and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline
- Ensures finished projects align with customer and project requirements before product leaves department for further development.
- Complete the project work within the timeline
- Deal with the client and be the point of contact
- Oversee that new techniques and processes are used to provide best quality of designs
- Train and mentor junior designers and entry-level entrants
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Be aware of the latest techniques and procedures used in designs
- Suggest new ways of improving the quality of designs and other project issues
- Assist the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adept them according to the objectives of the project
- Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments
Skills/Experience
- 6+ years of experience in graphic designing or equally relevant industry
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Introduce artistic innovation into every project they manage, thinking of new ways to create unique designs that have meaningful impacts on customers
- Excellent leadership skills

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, printers, measuring tools, cutters, cameras, etc. and the software that each utilizes.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, salaried position. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 hours/day. However, this position is responsible for communicating with our worldwide team and as such, frequently has to perform duties outside traditional office hours, including daily meetings.
